Sephora Play November 2018

For anyone who is not familiar with Play! by Sephora, it’s a monthly box that gets you five samples (occasionally there is a bonus item, usually a fragrance sample), collectible makeup bag, tutorial videos on how to use the samples you receive, and a 50 bonus Beauty Insider point card to use on your next Sephora purchase.

In this post, I’ll be sharing with you what I received in the November box.

November 2018

Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder

A silky, sheer powder that locks in moisture for long lasting wear.

Philosophy Purity Made Simple Cleanser

An effective one-step cleanser that tones and lightly hydrates skin.

Christophe Robin Cleansing Volumizing Paste with Pure Rassoul Clay and Rose Extracts

A shampoo formulated with clay that transforms from a paste to an airy foam.

Sephora Collection Cream Lip Stain Liquid Lipstick in Pink Tea

A silky, liquid lip stain in a nude pink shade with a matte finish.

Lancôme Hydra Zen Anti-Stress Moisturizing Face Cream

A radiance-boosting hydrator that visibly plumps skin and evens out tone.

Commodity Gold

This gourmand scent captures the indulgent essence of gold with molten amber and Nubian musk.

November Box Thoughts

  • Thrilled to receive minis of Philosophy Purity Made Simple Cleanser and Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder. I use both of these products regularly and have repurchased them several times. I love getting mini sizes of products I use daily because I find that they are perfect for traveling.
  • Bummed the products came in another one of these plastic bags. Usually the products come in cute drawstring makeup bags.

What do you think of the November 2018 box?
